We were incorporated on 15
July 2000 to focus on developing the Internet e-business
solutions.
Our business revenue model is based on subscription where
clients need only to pay a one-time non-recurrence set-up
cost and a monthly subscription based on number of software
modules and users. We also provide turnkey solutions.
Our competitive advantage lies in our ability to
implement solutions based on clients’ actual requirements
and provide complementary services to deliver the solutions.
This enables the clients to focus on their core competencies
and partnering us to achieve competitive advantage in the
market place in the digital economy.
We focus on our core competency in software development,
developing solutions for business information exchange over
the Internet. We work with other business partners in

About our founder
Mr. Andy Tan is the founder of Intrinix Networks. He has
over 20 years experience in software development. He has
been focusing on Internet related software development since
1997.

Andy is actively involved in promoting the use of XML for
data exchange since 2000. He is a member of IEEE and
Computer Society, vice chairman of the XML
One User Group. He is also a member of ITSC-XML Working
Group focusing on promoting XML in Singapore as well as a
member of Singapore Institutes of Management.
Andy has presented at several seminars on XML
applications and Supply Chain Management conducted by
SIMTech, ITSC and SPRING. He also writes for ITSC's
Synthesis Journal and Singapore Institutes of Management’s
Today’s Manager Magazine. Andy is a Certified Web Services
Professional (CWSP).
Andy is deeply committed to the concept of E-business that
will change the way we view business and our lives. He is an
“evangelist“ in E-business concepts and its adoption. He
believed that E-business will improve companies’
competitiveness and create values for their customers.
