provide for non-paying user. However for those who need more support, we
do provide different levels of support. We also
provide value added service to help you further.
Following are the support available for this
package:
- Normal support -- Email only
- Silver support -- Email, telephone support and software upgrade
- Platinum support -- High priority support and software upgrade
Training will be conducted on a regular basis and we provide
two levels of training:
- Administrator and user training ( 1 day)
- Advanced user and developer training ( 2 days)
