License Grants, Rights and Provision of
Software
1.1
Software License.
INTRINIX grants the user, upon registration with
INTRINIX, a non-exclusive, non-transferable and
license under INTRINIX Intellectual Property Rights
to use the software.
1.2
Rights
INTRINIX
reserves all right to the software, scripts and
source-code developed.
1.3
Limitations on Rights
Except as
set forth herein, no rights of any kind are granted.
The user shall not, and shall not permit, assist, or
allow others to, reverse engineer, decompile,
disassemble, re-engineer, or otherwise discover or
recreate or attempt to discover or recreate any
software utilized in connection with the INTRINIX
Software. The user shall not sublicense or otherwise
permit third parties to use the INTRINIX Software.

Limitation of Liability
In no
event will INTRINIX be liable for any damage caused
by the User’s failure to perform its
responsibilities or for any indirect or
consequential damages, including, but not limited
to, loss of profits, anticipated savings, or for any
claim made against the User by any other party, even
if INTRINIX has been advised of the possibility of
such damages, loss or claim. In addition, INTRINIX
will not be liable for any damages claimed by the
User based on any third party claim.
In no
event will INTRINIX be liable for non-performance
and/or defects in Products, Supported Software
and/or Hardware in which INTRINIX is not the
manufacturer or developer.
